By using rag.art you agree not to use the service for any of the purposes below. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination without refund.
Prohibited content
- Child sexual abuse material, terrorism, or other illegal content.
- Harassment, hate speech, defamation, or incitement to violence.
- Unauthorized personal data (health records, credentials, financial information of third parties).
- Malware, phishing templates, or credential-stealing material.
- Copyright infringement — only upload content you're authorized to use.
Prohibited use cases
- Automated decisions with legal effects (credit scoring, eligibility) — prohibited under Art. 22 GDPR without appropriate safeguards.
- Biometric categorization, social scoring, or predictive policing as described in Art. 5 of the EU AI Act.
- Medical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional advice.
- Cold spam — see our separate position on LSSI Art. 21 compliance.
- High-frequency scraping designed to exfiltrate third-party data.
Cold outreach and LSSI
rag.art operates from Spain. Spanish LSSI-CE Art. 21 requires prior consent for unsolicited commercial communications, including B2B. If your use case involves email outreach, you are solely responsible for compliance. We can suspend accounts sending bulk unsolicited email that generates abuse reports.

Report violations to abuse@rag.art. We respond within 5 business days.
