By creating an account or using rag.art you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you contract on behalf of a company you represent that you have authority to bind it.
rag.art is a platform that lets you create retrieval-augmented assistants from your documents. The service is provided "as is" subject to the limitations described in the documentation.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and the content you upload. You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy (/legal/acceptable-use): no illegal content, spam, malware or infringement of third-party rights.
Plans and pricing live at /pricing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Recurring charges renew automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the next cycle.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process it solely to provide the service. The rag.art code, design and brand are our property.
Personal data processing is governed by the DPA (/legal/dpa) and the Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy). Data residency: EU (Ireland, eu-west-1).
Best effort. Plans with explicit SLAs document them in the order or at /pricing. Planned downtime is announced ≥24h in advance except in emergencies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate the service for material breach upon reasonable notice.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Jurisdiction: Madrid courts, except for EU-resident consumers, in which case their local consumer law applies.
